Ok, this year I have 30 lbs that I would like to lose. I am going to blog it on here and since no one ever reads this, probably except me, oh and maybe Julie ;), it will be nice to go back through and see how far I get in what amount of time.
I have been reading about this Acai and coffee diet, and I think I will do that for the first month. In addition to that I will do Just Dance on the Wii with my kids (I promised them 4-5 songs a day) I know this sounds like a ridiculous diet, but it is worth a shot, and just for sh**s and giggles I will see what happens in one month...
More to come.....
(I actually think this will be pretty comical if it works! Could you imagine this diet fad??!! Acai and coffee diet(and by the way, I will be actually eating food too), with the excercise portion dancing on the Wii - haha - I can't wait to report!)

I guess I never mentioned that I too have another daughter, Gabby (short for Gabriella) she is 5 and is such a ham. I always remember Izzy being so serious in interested in learning when she was 5. Gabby is interested in playing, making you laugh (she is so quick witted), and content with just sitting on my lap and snuggling. I do believe she is what an actual 5 year old should be like...then out of nowhere her smarts come out!! She is learning simple addition already and the other day she was quizzing me..."Mama, what's 2 + 2?" I say, you tell me and she says "4! Ok now what is 3 + 7?!" (Now to anyone 3+7 is easy, but when you are 5 and you put those 2 together, that is amazing to me) so again I say, "you tell me" she says (after counting on her fingers) "10!!" I had to ask if she was learning these things at Pre-K and she says, "No, I taught myself, because God just made me smart that way" Life through the eyes of a 5 year old!! Amazing!!
Now, I know that I am probably just a proud and very biased mom, but that's ok, because after all, I am my children's biggest fan and plan to always be! They are what drive me to get up every day with a smile on my face, they are what make me complete. I am blessed to have two beautiful daughters and an amazing husband.

This is my first time doing just a blog...sort of my first online diary. So to begin, I am a mom to two really great little girls that are growing so fast and coming into their own like crazy!! My oldest is 7, Isabella, and she is very strong willed and opinionated (she is exactly like me!) she also has a VERY short fuse (in this way she is exactly my husband AND me). With all of that though, she is such a smart girl, she is interested in everything, she knows nearly every bone in the body (because Jon, my husband, and her do "bone school" quite often). Whenever I can find anatomy books at reasonable prices I buy them for her, and before I know it she has read it and can tell me how many bones are in the body, what a ligament is, how many muscles are in the body, etc....she absolutely amazes me and has from the moment she was born!! I babysat less than 5 times growing up, I am an only child and the youngest of all the grandkids on my dad's side, so if I can remember correctly, Isabella's was the first tiny baby I ever held and the first diaper I ever changed. I was terrified my whole pregnancy that I would have NO clue what to do with her when she came out!! By the grace of God, once I had her in my arms it was like I was finally complete. Now she is getting older and I am wondering if she is possessed now or something...because she is 7 acting like a 17 year old!! Either way, no matter what, that little girl is one of the brightest parts of my day, good or bad mood, I love her to pieces.
